The change of job could be beneficial for a buyer in terms of money in the future but lenders end up viewing this change as instability. For those who do not know, lenders consider any career of less than two consecutive years a risk. So, if you are planning a career change, wait till you get your loan and then go for the change.

          There are many people who start scouting for their house before getting pre-approved for a loan. A point to remember is that getting pre-approved shows a seller that you are serious about purchasing a house and they would be more inclined to sell you a house if they know that you are already pre-approved. For them, pre-approval of loan means that you would not have problems getting the required finance for purchasing the most. Pre-approval also helps a buyer to opt for houses that he can afford and helps the buyer to narrow down searches.

          If you do your homework well, you can avoid all pitfalls and own your home without giving yourself any trouble or sleepless nights.
