Clean the house including the cabinets and windows properly and ensure that there is a soothing atmosphere around for the buyer. Playing some soothing music can achieve this objective.
A comfortable and cozy seating arrangement, spraying room fresheners that can put out rancid smells, properly decorating the house with some Christmas stuff, arranging a delicious lunch or a dinner are some other fine points while presenting the house
Apart from these always remember to advertise the positive things present around your house that includes the transportation facilities and some other essential services.
It is always essential to fix up an appointment with the buyer and confirm the time of his visit. This will give you ample time to plan your preparations properly.
