The front door to the house should be in a good condition. You can liven up the entry to the house with plants and rugs. The house on its own should be neat and organized with all areas being clean. Your home may have special features; take time to highlight them to the buyer. Make sure the drapes are pulled aside letting natural light in to give it a bright look and feel.
Those days are gone when a seller could sell his home in three days. Today selling a house takes up to three months and you should ensure that as a homeowner you do your bit to make that happen as soon as possible.
