Cushman And Wakefield Forms Capital Markets Unit For Real Estate Transaction
Another new player has entered the capital markets arena. Cushman and Wakefield have added another dimension in their business by forming a new Southern California Capital Markets Group. The group would be consisting of around 22 members and include four of the top investment brokers of Cushman and Wakefield. Marc Renard, who has been appointed as the Chairman for this group, was delighted on the occasion. He said that this venture best describes the rapid changes that are taking place in the market and the companies’ adaptability strategies according to the changing trends. It would provide clients with a complete solution for their real estate transaction.
Renard feels that considering the current real estate scenario, there is a need to include experienced people with expertise in all possible aspects of real estate business into the investment sales brokerage team. Apart from Renard, the other senior members in the team include executive vice president David Hasbrouck, executive director Richard Plummer and senior director Steve Algermissen. Cushman and Wakefield has brought together experts who have the required expertise and are adept in understanding and providing solutions to any type of real estate problem. Renard holds the opinion that a two member team would be insufficient and ineffective for providing a client with the best services.
Nowadays, the real estate companies are dealing with transactions involving large sums of money. These sort of transactions are pretty complicated and require experts for carrying out the deal successfully. Customers desire a fast and hassle free transaction. Apart from this, with the growing economy, clients also want the assistance of the real estate broker in the matters of financial analysis, geographic market intelligence, knowledge of debt and equity markets, construction costs, replacement costs and also auditing. This is where the concept of variety comes into picture.
