Database To Show Actual Real Estate Market Conditions In Minneapolis

Now the consumers and realtors around Minneapolis can have a detailed and hassle-free access to all information related to real estate market around the Minneapolis area. Recently, the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors launched a database that includes complete information regarding the real estate market condition in 100 communities and neighborhoods around the twin cities.

Speaking on the occasion, Deb Greene, president of Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors, has said that this database would suffice the needs of customers and realtors and provide them with detailed and accurate information regarding the local market conditions.

According to him, the Minneapolis area hears so many national facts but the real estate home sales and prices in the Midwest region are stable unlike the topsy-turvy situation prevailing in the rest of the country, where real estate trends fluctuate from extreme lows to extreme highs. As a result there was a dire need for dispensing and giving consumers and realtors an accurate picture of the trends prevailing in the local market.

Using this database, consumers and real estate professionals will now be able to access information which would be updated monthly. This information will include the 100 communities and neighborhoods located around the twin cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul. The data provided through this database will be compiled using the information provided by the Regional Multiple Listing Service, which compiles its information using home sales data. The information provided in the database will include a summary of monthly and year-to-date sales, new listings, closed sales, average sales price and current inventory.
